About the project

One of the biggest challenges in the Player’s Health finance solution was simplifying a new user’s registration and onboarding process since the platform required entering a large amount of data. There was also a concern regarding the user hierarchy as this FinTech tool comprised the main organization’s account and several sub-accounts of sports clubs subordinate to it. As for the Player’s Health insurance platform, the primary challenge was determining a unified user flow for purchasing an insurance policy via the application.

When providing UI/UX design services to Player’s Health, a multi-purpose finance, insurance, and healthcare platform, Arounda carefully studied the client and user requirements and delivered comprehensive solutions following those needs.

I followed the client’s guidelines and delivered solutions that would fully correspond to the needs of the target audience. We focused on communicating the ease of use and accessibility that Player`s Health offered its client`s.
